Brian primarily practices in the areas of criminal defense and traffic defense, including DWI and driving while revoked. His experience includes the trial of capital murder and Murder 1 cases, alcohol related felonies, and drug possessions. As a prosecutor he once tried three cases to conviction by a jury in one week. He has also handled numerous appeals.
Brian is a life-long Kansas City resident, graduating from Rockhurst High School. He continued his education at Avila University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Management and Accounting. He studied at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate. Before and following graduation he was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County Missouri., where he eventually was the head of the Career Criminal Unit. After leaving the Prosecutors office, he joined with his brother and father in private practice. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Brian is admitted to the Missouri Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.
Brian is the proud father of one daughter. His hobbies include boating, aviation and construction.
